A Tree Will Grow Even While It's Hybernating

I don't know if he's suppressed or not, but I discovered a new author today http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paulo_Freire. Paulo Freire and John Taylor Gatto both write about the same thing essentially http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Taylor_Gatto. They write about how schooling is primarily about indoctrinating the young into roles of oppression, mostly, and domination for the wealthy. John Taylor Gatto gives an excellent history lesson on this issue in regards to schooling. Paulo Freire, complimentarily, gives a very clear philosophical and psychological explanation of the dynamics involved in oppressed/oppressor roles. Paulo Freire also seems to be very influenced by Karl Marx. I have not read any of Karl Marx's books so I personally won't make statements about him until I do read some of his material. I do know, however, that he's the original source for the socialist philosophy. 


After years of listening to right wing radio, I have only negative impressions and distortions about what socialism is. I know that the fact that I used the word "distortion" in the above sentence will make many a Republican and capitalist feel attacked, though many of the right wing talk show hosts use clear words and emotions of anger, hate, vengeance, slander and whatever else they feel justified in using. Then I noticed that they cover this all up with some sort of innocence, feeling victimized, and justification, as if their whole family has been expropriated already. As I've learned from A Course In Miracles, all attack is a call for help. I believe in a lot of the small businesses here in Albuquerque, and I want them to succeed and be prosperous in our capitalist economy. I find it hard to believe in mega-corporations and financial institutions and their quest for a denied privatized tyranny over the world however.

Especially after plurals and apostrophes.

Next to the philosophy of catastrophe

To share with you a peice of me––

The real me.

The magician.

The mage.

The wand he held.

He handed it to me.

I put it in my quiver,

And, it's supplements, I placed

In my tool-box.

Attachments for war,

And additions for peace.

Arrow-heads for lust,

And paint bristles to provoke.

I painted targets,

Then removed the brush

From the head,

Screwed on a pointed blade,

And sprung a bulls-eye.

An inside thing.

An inspiration.

A fire.

A stirring

Of something.

A lead.

An own-stand.

A connection

Through independence.

Rubble can't be betrayed.

It's the foundation

For new vision

From where both 

The undead and

The Pheonix arise.

I Am on Artbreak.com for Ltd. Edition Prints

The series in "N" just keep on coming and coming. So you'd like a print for your own. It would come shipped to you matted and framed. The frame would be 18" X 14", and the picture would be 11" X 13" under matting. As I addressed before, I'll be limiting each particular version to 25 limited editions each. And, also, if you'd like a larger version than the stated above then please ask me about it. It can be double-size and triple-size of the above size. Introduction to Wrecked Tangles (Encircled)

I am working on a very extensive project called "Wrecked Tangles (Encircled)" currently. This is the first album for the series I made for internet usage in this project http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=38408&id=171452642880039. I titled this project this way as a play on words for "rectangles and circles." It is also intended to imply bad "tangles" in relationships with people being "wrecked." Science calls relationships now "quantum entanglements."


Psychologically speaking, when someone is stronger or has more influence in a debate or social situation she or he is said to have a stronger "frame." We all know frames are used to give a picture a stronger "frame" both physically and psychologically. A frame is rectangular in shape, so this project involves the simple rectangular shape to convey a message that spans so much of human understanding and experience.


I also might add that real estate owners own plots of land which are usually rectangular in shape when seen from above in an airplane. Retail super-centers are made mostly out of brick which are rectangular in shape as well as the plot of land they are positioned on.


Another understanding I wanted to distinguish is that nature always has a way of deteriorating, decomposing and weathering man made objects and buildings over extended periods of time. My Very First Blog-Spot!

This will be my very first blog ever! I already have profiles with Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace, but I've never had my own personal blog-spot.
